Celestial White Glove Services ("CWGS") operates as a private concierge and coordination service for high-value asset transactions. In many cases, CWGS may become an authorized representative of the client when explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

When CWGS is designated as an authorized representative, we may represent clients in negotiations, liaise with third parties, and perform tasks on the client's behalf as outlined in the agreement. In such cases, CWGS may take on specific responsibilities and duties as an agent, while all other terms and conditions will still apply.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, CWGS does not act as a licensed broker, dealer, escrow agent, investment advisor, financial advisor, or legal advisor. All authorized representation will be detailed in a separate written agreement, and all relevant licenses will be held by CWGS or the appropriate third party.

Even when CWGS acts as an authorized representative, clients remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verifying asset details, and engaging independent professionals as needed. CWGS will facilitate and coordinate transactions but does not replace the need for legal, financial, or tax advice.

CWGS may coordinate with licensed brokers, attorneys, escrow agents, and other third parties on the client's behalf. CWGS does not assume liability for the actions or omissions of any third party, and clients should independently verify all third-party services.

Transactions involving high-value assets carry inherent risks. CWGS makes no guarantees of outcome, and clients acknowledge that CWGS's role, whether as a facilitator or an authorized representative, does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice unless explicitly stated.

By using CWGS services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and any additional agreements governing authorized representation.
